Busy optometric practice seeking a motivated Optician with good people skills. As an Optician, you will be essential in providing high-quality optical care and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective retail sales. Your role involves utilizing your core skills in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and optical experience to assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Additionally, your relevant skills in Electronic Medical Records systems and insurance billing will support the operational efficiency of our clinic, making you a vital part of our healthcare team.
Experience preferred but not required. Computer and sales experience would be helpful. Hours are negotiable. We offer competitive pay and good benefits. Pleasant work environment. Certification highly desirable (American Board of Opticianry or similar). We are willing to train the right person. Help people see better and maintain their healthy eyes!
Pay: $15.00 – $26.00 per hour
